Student Zone

At GraceConvent, we take a great care of in making learning a more enjoyable experience. We do a thorugh research on child’s behavior and performance, consult parents to ensure child is always in a great frame of mind while growing up. We have a visiting doctor that periodically checks for student’s health.

In order to maintain a cordial relationship between the parents and the teachers, the parents meet the teachers on every second Saturday. The School has a world-class security and safety systems like CCTV Surveillance, Fire Detection and Alarm System not only at the entrance but throughout the campus.

Meeting us at school is very easy since we’re located in Krishna Nagar area Mathura city which is just 4 kms from Mathura Junction Railway station and 3 kms from the Bus Stand. You can take local three-wheeler transport to reach here. Apart from this, the school is merely 2 kms from Delhi-Agra National Highway if you’re travelling by car. Student Care

Healthcare

Good Health has a good mind. A visiting doctor to attend the medical needs of the day scholars will be available at the school infirmary throughout the scholastic year. Students weight & height are recorded quarterly to update the parents about their ward’s health.

Parent-Teacher Meeting

In order to maintain a cordial relationship between the parents and the teachers, the parents meet the teachers on every second Saturday.

Bus Facility

School bus is available on specified routes. If the school bus facility is to be availed of, it should be clearly mentioned on the Registration Form.

Safety and Security

Admission Procedure

In order to seek admission, the parents/guardians have to adopt the following procedure :

  1. Admission is open to both boys and girls, irrespective of caste and creed.
  2. Parents / Guardians who would like to apply for admission are to purchase the prospectus form the office on specified days.
  3. Recommendations are not entertained.
  4. The pupil must be Min. 2.5 years in January of the applying year for Nursery.
  5. A birth certificate must be furnished from the municipality or the Gram Panchayat. It should have been obtained in the year of the child’s birth.
  6. The parents must deposit the form duly filled in and complete in all respects at school office along with a self-attested and stamped envelop.
  7. A recent photograph of the family should be affixed on the form.

Please Note :‐

  1. Tuition fee is charged for 12 months of the scholastic year. Fee once paid is not refunded.
  2. The fee schedule will be displayed on the school notice board.

The School stresses a lot on Academics and we have always had 100% result in I.C.S.E and I.S.C Examinations so far. This is the outcome of the hard work of our students and sincere staff. They always put in their more than 100% to ensure best results are achieved every year.

Admission Details

Admission in all classes will depend on the number of seats vacant in each class.

  1. Nursery ‐ No test (Parents Interview)
  2. L.K.G. to Class VII ‐ Test Maths & English (if there are vacancies) T.C. from recognized school
  3. Class XI ‐ On merit basis

Below documents are required to submit by student at the time of admission.

  6. Address & ID proof

Passport size photographs (student-5, Father-4, Mother-4)

Please Note:
Kindly submit all the intial documents and photographs with the admission form. It is mandatory to pay the Quarterly Fee between 1st to 15th of every quarter. A late fee of Rs.15/- per day for first 15 days, Rs.30/- for next 15 days and Rs.30/- till 45 days will be charged after the aforesaid date. Students name will be struck-off from the rolls if fee is not paid within the 45 days with late fee.

Scouting

Scouting was introduced in the school in the year 1988 to develop patriotic feeling and inculcate moral values in the students. Our scouts/guides participate in the District / Regional / State / National Scout rally and have been awarded many prizes at

District/Regional/State/National Scouting Competitions. The Scout/Guides have been awarded the prestigious Governor’s Prize.
